Intermat 2024 – the trade event for sustainable construction solutions and technologies – is the opportunity for Simex to show to its partners and users its technical quality. The ability to innovate and do research, combining the new models in the range with new technological concepts, it’s the Simex way to outline the paths to be followed in the future.
For more than 30 years, Simex has been at the forefront of the design and manufacturing of road maintenance equipment. From the first planers for compact loaders, created in 1991, to the most recent patents, Simex is the technological partner of thousands of companies, with a distribution network covering over 80 countries and the widest range of cold planers in the world, capable of satisfying any need application.
At Intermat, Simex will also showcase the latest version of ART 1000, the patented technology designed for the restoration of deteriorated road surfaces through a cold regeneration process of the bituminous conglomerate, which reuses 100% of the material present on site without adding other aggregates. ART 1000 combines asphalt milling with particle size reduction and mixing of rejuvenators. The equipment consists of two drums, the first for milling and mixing, the second for crushing and disgregation. It also features an integrated 100 l tank containing the rejuvenator to be sprayed during the milling phase, in a dosage proportional to the speed of the carrier and the set working depth.
The appointment is therefore from 24 to 27 April 2024, at stand 6 D127
