30 years from the setting of the business in demolition, Promove launches the new series of CF fixed pulverisers starting from the first born: the CF130 and the multi-purpose crusher FMK2000 with the fast system of changing jaws.
The CF130 is the new compact-designed fixed pulveriser with a weight of 1300 kg. it is extremely manoeuvrable (1,7 M of total length), built entirely in Hardox 400 and designed as a single compact block without any welding between body and fixed jaw to give greater robustness to the crusher structure. It has been designed with interchangeable teeth resulting in a reduction of maintenance costs and in easy maintenance operations directly on the job site. The CF130 has three rows of two teeth each, of which the central one is staggered and lowered than the one that allows the shearing of the material before the actual crushing. It has a maximum opening of 500 mm that allows to crush more material. The multi-purpose crusher FMK2000 is the latest innovation of Promove R&D. The innovative crusher allows to change the different types of jaws (primary demolition jaws, secondary demolition jaws, shear jaws) in an easy and fast way directly on the job site. The system of jaws changing is semi-automatic and it has been designed to allow an easy, fast and safe jaws switching, in a very short time: simply rotate a handle (as in the picture) to secure and release the entire kit of jaw. The overall structure together with the different type of demolition kit have been made with anti-wear material for a total weight of 2000 kg.
