Magni TH presents its latest innovations at bauma 2025

Magni TH, an international company in the telehandler sector, is pleased to announce its participation at its stand in the FS 1108/3 area at Bauma 2025, the world’s largest trade fair dedicated to construction and lifting equipment. The event is an important opportunity for the company to present its innovations, the result of continuous technological innovation aimed at improving performance, operational efficiency and safety.

New th mid-range models: TH 3.5.7 and TH 3.5.9

Magni TH expands its range of stationary telescopic handlers with the launch of the new TH 3.5.7 and TH 3.5.9, representing two compact and powerful products, capable of lifting up to a maximum of 3,500 kg and reaching heights of 7 and 9 metres respectively. In line with all other Magni telescopic handlers, these new models are also equipped with the Load Moment Indicator (LMI), which is integrated into the Magni Combi Touch System (MCTS), and therefore guarantees absolute operating safety with any accessory compatible with the machine.

Superior performance and versatility of use

The TH 3.5.7 and TH 3.5.9 are designed to tackle a wide range of applications thanks to their compactness and versatility. These machines are ideal for a variety of sectors, from construction through logistics to events, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety even on the most complex jobs.

One of the distinguishing features of these new models is the cab, derived from the one presented in April 2024 with the TH 3.6 model, but with a more spacious design to ensure even greater operator comfort. Thanks to ample visibility and a meticulous ergonomic study of the cab itself, which has left no element to chance, comfortable and safe use is ensured during every operation.

The new Magni telehandlers stand out for their compact dimensions: 2 metres in height, 2.07 metres in width and a closed boom length of 4.31 metres.

All this is possible thanks to the double boom extension system, which allows for optimum lifting height without compromising on manoeuvrability. These models are also ideal in confined spaces and for work in urban environments or crowded construction sites.

Advanced technology for superior performance

These two new telehandlers are equipped with a 75 hp Deutz engine and a hydrostatic transmission, which, combined with the Dropbox gearbox with two forward and reverse gears, allows the machines to tackle slopes of up to 89% and reach a maximum speed of 32 km/h. The hydraulic pressure of more than 300 bar, and the sophisticated load sensing system, guarantee fast, fluid and precise movements, even when several actions are required at the same time, making these machines ideal for operations requiring speed and fluidity of movement.

Safety is one of the fundamental aspects in the design of the TH 3.5.7 and TH 3.5.9 and, as anticipated, the standard LMI system ensures constant control in all lifting phases, avoiding overloads compared to common load cells and, above all, complete load management with all compatible accessories, thus guaranteeing maximum safety. In both models, the 7’ touchscreen with the MCTS system will be available as standard, allowing diagrams to be displayed in real time according to the accessory being used.

Magni has created two machines that combine excellent performance, reliability and a compact, functional design. With a design focused on ease of use, safety and performance, the new TH 3.5.7 and TH 3.5.9 are set to redefine standards in the telehandler sector. These models are poised to meet the needs of professionals in a variety of sectors and to become a benchmark for those looking for optimum lifting solutions, but always in absolute safety.

HTH 25.11: power and capacity without compromise

The new HTH 25.11 high-capacity telehandler represents an evolution of the previous HTH 24.11 model, retaining the same dimensions and main technical features, but with a substantial improvement in load capacity.

One of the main innovations introduced by the HTH 25.11 model concerns the load diagram, which has been completely revised, leading to a concrete improvement in performance. With a load capacity of 18,000 kg at the maximum height of 10.5 m, the new model offers a significant increase over the 14,000 kg of the previous version, with a gain of no less than 4,000 kg at full height (+29%).

The capacity at the maximum horizontal reach of 5.8 m has also been the result of a refined optimisation: while the previous model offered a capacity of 7,200 kg, the new HTH 25.11 is able to lift up to 8,000 kg (+11%), thus guaranteeing greater capacity even in the heaviest operations.

TP 4.5.10 platform: three machines in one

With the introduction of the new TP 4.5.10 platform, Magni’s rotary machines reinforce their role as 3 machines in 1, providing superior performance compared to many traditional aerial platforms. This innovative attachment takes the RTH range to an even higher level of efficiency, operational capability, flexibility and safety.

One of the most significant features of the TP 4.5.10 platform is its ability to maintain a constant capacity of 450 kg (max 3 persons) over the entire working area, a competitive advantage over traditional aerial platforms.

Thanks to the innovative rotation system, the platform can be stowed sideways relative to the boom, reducing clearance and thus optimizing its transport. In addition, angular correction of +/-20° with the boom extended and 360° rotation with the boom closed (max. capacity 160 kg) improve operational flexibility.

The combination of the RTH 8.46 and the TP 4.5.10 redefines the standards of Magni work platforms, enabling a total working height of 58 meters and ensuring consistent reach, advanced maneuverability and compact operation.

Magni fashions to optimise every operational requirement

Full Power Mode

The new Full Power Mode revolutionises the operation of Magni’s telescopic handlers, deactivating the boom extension and retraction when the working position is reached to increase load capacity and improve operational stability. Available on 6- and 8-tonne RTH models, this function allows, in combination with Magni’s winches or booms, to approach the performance of off-road cranes in terms of capacity at the same reach.

This mode allows the boom extension movement to be blocked, thus reducing the impact of dynamic forces generated by friction on the chains. In practice, the extension movements are deactivated, while the slewing and lifting movements remain operational, similar to what happens in telescopic boom cranes.

The main advantage of this function is the significant increase in lifting capacity, which is achieved by eliminating the dynamic effects associated with the extension. Furthermore, without these forces in play, it is possible to achieve a greater extension of the horizontal boom, increasing the reach capacity.

Max Outreach Mode

The Max Outreach Mode of the RTH boom extension is the standard on all Magni rotators and is distinguished by its system of sequential extension of the extensions, which takes place in this sequence: initially the final, smaller extensions are extended, while the larger extensions are extended last.

This extension mode has the advantage of increasing the distance and reach at the horizontal reach. It also allows a greater reach at maximum height.

Max Capacity Mode

The Max Capacity Mode of the RTH boom extension is an advanced feature found on the RTH 8.35, 8.39 and 8.46 models. It is distinguished by its system of extending the extensions, which follows a specific order: initially the larger boom sections are extended, while the smaller extensions are extended last.

This configuration makes it possible to optimise the load capacity in the first stages of boom extension, thus allowing for greater reach than the ‘Outreach Mode’ system. This mode is therefore ideal for operations requiring the lifting of heavy loads in the short operating range.

Vertical lift & horizontal placement: absolute precision

Vertical Lift

The Vertical Lift is a system patented by Magni, developed to combine lifting and telescoping, ensuring perfect vertical movement. Thanks to this advanced technology, the load is lifted while maintaining a constant radius of the machine, a fundamental aspect that avoids unwanted deviations or inclinations. It also ensures that the verticality of the attachment is kept constant during all phases of lifting and extending the boom, thus offering maximum stability and precision in operations. The function is activated via the MCTS touchscreen, enabling a button located on the machine’s joystick. The Vertical Lift represents a true revolution in the field of lifting equipment, offering a perfect combination of innovation, safety, precision and ease of use.

Horizontal Placement

Horizontal Placement is a new patented function for Magni telescopic handlers, designed to optimise the pallet handling process by ensuring a perfect horizontal approach to the unloading point and perfect extraction of the forks from the pallet pockets. This function allows for more precise handling, simplifying loading and unloading operations.

The Horizontal Placement function automatically keeps the load horizontal and level throughout the entire combination of arm movements, minimising the risk of unbalancing or inaccuracies. With one smooth movement, the system ensures that, for example, a pallet is placed with maximum precision in the chosen location and also facilitates the extraction of fork pockets.

Activation of Horizontal Placement is simple: the operator must select the function on the MCTS touchscreen, enabling a button on the machine’s joystick. This dual activation mode allows the operator to choose whether to use the button on the joystick for auxiliary accessory functions or to activate the Horizontal Placement procedure.

Thanks to this solution, the pallet handling process becomes not only faster but also safer, as the technology minimises the risk of errors, improving load stability during each stage of handling. This feature is particularly useful in environments where precision is paramount, such as warehouses and distribution centres.

New forklift models: the FL range

In 2025, Magni will introduce a new FL range of all-terrain forklifts to the market. These new models will be added to the current offer of Magni-branded forklifts and platforms.

The initial range will include four diesel models with load capacities from 2.5 to 5 tonnes with a 3-metre duplex mast as standard. Optional duplex masts from 3.7 to 4 metres or triplex masts from 4 to 5 metres will be available.

Magni forklifts will be distinguished not only by their distinctive red colour, but also by a basic configuration, enhanced with market-specific options to improve safety and operator comfort. Two variants of each model will be available: the first for markets using Stage V engines, and the second, which will be distinguished by an ‘A’ at the end of the model name, for markets requiring Stage IIIA machines. In addition to the engine, the two variants will differ in certain features that the Stage V version will have as standard, such as the cab with front and rear windscreen and cab work lights.
