Magni doubles at bauma 2022

Magni bauma

Magni will be present at Bauma 2022 with stand FS1108/3 located in the outdoor area. The company will have an exhibition space more than double the size of the previous edition. Magni has decided to present itself for 2022 with a revamped version of its two-storey stand, and with a large outdoor area where all the novelties for 2022 will be on display.

Many novelties will be presented at Bauma 2022, but for the moment we will only reveal two new TH range models: the TH 4,5.15 and the TH 4,5.19. With a maximum lifting capacity of 4.5 tonnes and a lifting height of 15 and 19 metres respectively, these models are available in two Deutz engines versions of 55 and 75 kW. Our unique approach to research and development of new products allows us to constantly fine-tune and refine our range in order to offer our customers the best solution for every job. These new TH models for construction and light industry are designed to ensure maximum performance in every situation.

The cab has a large windscreen which extends from the operator’s head to their feet, to ensure full visibility of the load both when suspended and completely lowered. Fully pressurised and equipped with a filtration system, it allows the operator to work safely even in polluted or contaminated environments. Moreover, the models featuring the 75 kW engine are equipped with a heating and air conditioning system to ensure maximum comfort. The cab is FOPS Level 2/ROPS certified. This means that it  is designed against the risk of roll-over and of falling objects and/or materials, thanks to an upper grill guard to ensure maximum safety even in the most delicate operations. Equipped with an adjustable steering column, the Magni cab ensures the most ergonomic driving position. Thanks to the elevating armrest, the operator can easily enter the cab and enjoy an optimal comfort. Moreover, our cab provides optimal back support, thanks to the adjustable seat. On the right-hand side of the steering wheel is a 7″ touch screen, which allows to control all machine functions by accessing the five pages of the MCTS on-board system. This operation can also be performed via the control panel located to the right of the seat. In order to meet all the operator’s needs, the cab has also a practical mug holder to enjoy a coffee or other beverages during breaks and a USB socket to charge tablets and smartphones.

Every model is equipped with 4-wheel drive and steering to ensure maximum stability in every operation. This solution allows for maximum freedom of movement and 3 types of steering: round steering, front steering and crab steering. The super low design makes these new TH models ideal for entering even low height openings. Ground clearance is still optimal for rough terrain, allowing the machine to easily overcome piles of soil and debris.

Moreover, being equipped with a 350 bar load-sensing hydraulic system, these machines offer very high, above-average hydraulic speed and precision performance and the hydrostatic transmission guarantees performance and precision in every movement.

The TH range is compatible with a wide range of attachments, ensuring maximum flexibility. By simply changing the attachment, the machine can perform different jobs within the same job site. The R.F.ID automatic attachment recognition system automatically recognises the attachment coupled to the machine, displays the corresponding load chart and sets the load limiting system.

The LMI system allows to constantly monitor the movements of the machine to avoid any type of overload. If the system detects operating inconsistencies, it interrupts all aggravating movements, allowing only safe manoeuvres (boom retraction and load release). Moreover, featuring the same LMI system as the rotating telehandlers, the TH P models are equipped as standard with attachments such as winches and baskets.

Both models feature front pivoting stabilisers to ensure better performance and greater stability when lifting. When fully retracted, the stabilisers do not protrude from the outline of the machine, facilitating movements and manoeuvring operations. The large contact surface of each foot assures maximum grip on any kind of ground, guaranteeing optimal stability.

“We also have a lot of news regarding the Magni TH Group. We established two new sales branches Magni Latam in Chile and Magni Benelux in Belgium to further strengthen our local presence and influence and to be closer to our end customers and local dealers to provide timely and quality on-site support. Moreover, we decided to sponsor Fulgenzi Racing Team, a project with which we have many similarities and points of contact. Finally, we have set up new co-marketing partnerships with several key product suppliers including Liebherr and Würth Elektronik ICS“.
