The recovery of aluminum has never been easier! Thanks to its structural rigidity, trapezoidal blades and high torque combined with low rotation speed, Molinari’s TP series Shredders are able to separate most of the aluminum after the first shredding phase, guaranteeing excellent performance in terms of productivity, energy consumption and low maintenance costs.
The machine structure is made of thick sheet metal to ensure long life, strength and reliability. The distance between fixed and rotating blades is quickly and easily adjustable using the spacers supplied by the Manufacturer. Under the grinding chamber, just below the rotors, there is a screen that allows to calibrate the final size of the product.
Molinari’s Technical Office is available to make design changes, in order to guarantee tailor-made layouts, that can be adapted to the specific needs of each client.
